PRINT RELEASE

I, Tiffany Haywood, of ((brand.name)), am the rightful copyright owner of these digital images. I authorize the ((contact.name)) (The Client) the right to print these files. The Client may use the photos for limited use only, such as printing for home display or posting on social media pages or with a purpose of business branding, provided that the Client is issued with a commercial license as well.

Photos may not be entered into any contest without my prior consent and without proper credit to ((brand.name)). Photos may not be used for marketing prints and online without purchasing the rights to commercial use. Original copyright remains with the photographer. The photos may be printed but not altered or edited in any way. 

PHOTOS ARE NOT TO BE ALTERED. NO USE OF FILTERS OR SUCH CAN BE DONE. 

This would mean no alterations such as filters from Instagram or Facebook or any editing tool may be used in any of the photos. The original state of photos should be kept intact as it is the result of the art you paid for other than by the photographer. Alterations are a violation of the copyright. 

((brand.name)) is not liable for the print quality, cropping, or coloring of any photos not printed directly through my professional lab. Photo quality is only guaranteed through photos purchased directly from me.
